The tortellini of “untortellinopersempre” are made by hand, one at a time, resulting in a tortellino that is unique and has the same shape, size, and preparation method as an edible one. A mixture of polymeric resins is prepared, creating a dough that is rolled out, cut into squares, filled, folded, and “cooked”. The metal part of the keychain is made with polished steel or painted steel.
